Since discovering the podcast Welcome to Night Vale I have been intrigued by media that is at once mundane and surreal. In W.T.N.V. there is a brief segment which offers vaguely dystopian, semi-sarcastic horoscopes. PseudoScopes was an experiment in writing and illustration to challenge myself to continue this tone. PseudoScopes is an annual calendar bringing you wisdom straight from the void and tailored to your astrological sign. This is definitely not a hoax and the shadowy figure behind the curtain would like you to please refrain from name calling, it’s rather rude.
